How do the resulting registry values differ between the silent install and the interactive install? We can only really affect the capitalized items in the Properties table, so we may have to resort to registry adjustments after the install. Have you tried a silent install with LICENSETYPE=1 (or 0 or 2)? Looking at the Properties table in the MSI, I see "LICENSETYPE=-1", and looking in the ControlEvent table, there are a lot of possible options around the InstallWelcome&Next control that don't trigger with a "LICENSETYPE=-1". I'd be (or I am) pretty disgusted by this company at this point and not want to do anything, but that is probably not an acceptable solution for your situation. You will be asked to specify the SNL location.
